| 房性早搏是临床中常见的心律失常之一，严重者可诱发房颤及缺血性脑卒中，远期可显著增加患者病死率。中医药对房性早搏的研究和治疗有一定的历史和经验，且近年来对房性早搏的治疗有了长足的发展。本文对中医药治疗房性早搏的进展做一综述，以期为临床房性早搏的诊断与治疗拓展思路。 |

| Atrial premature beat is one of the common arrhythmias in clinical practice. Severe cases can induce atrial fibrillation and ischemic stroke,and can significantly increase mortality in long-term. It has certain history and experience about research and treatment of atrial premature by traditional Chinese medicine,and the treatment of atrial premature has made considerable development in recent years. This paper makes a review on the progress in traditional Chinese medicine treatment of atrial premature to extended thinking of clinical diagnosis and treatment of atrial premature. |
