摘要:

肾脏是维护人体健康的重要脏器。肾炎、肾病等的主症是水肿，中国第一部临床专著《金匮要略》中即有专篇论述肾炎和肾病的主症，并将不同的病因、证候加以分述。张仲景所说的“风水”，其所述症状与急性肾炎相近似，治法也类同于急性肾炎。1960年，作为卫生部医疗队成员，治疗了一些肾病的住院患者，疗效尚较满意。文章针对急性肾炎、慢性肾炎、肾病综合征和免疫球蛋白A（IgA）肾病均可见水肿之症，但特点及治法方药不甚相同，作出了论述。

Abstract:

Kidney is the important viscera to maintain human body health. The main syndrome of nephritis and nephropathy is edema, which is discussed in the first clinical monograph synopsis of the Golden chamber, and the different etiology and symptoms to be described. "Geomantic" in ZHANG Zhongjing's theory, its narrate evidence and acute nephritis are similar, cure method is also similar at acute nephritis. In 1960, as a member of the medical team of the ministry of health, the writer treated some hospitalized patients with nephropathy with satisfactory efficacy. According to acute nephritis, chronic nephritis, nephtotic syndrome and IgA nephropathy, the symptoms of edema are seen in above, but the characteristics of diseases, treatment methods and prescriptions are different, as described below.
