| 糖尿病胃轻瘫是糖尿病的常见并发症之一，中医称为消渴病胃痞。高彦彬教授认为中焦气机不利，脾胃升降失职当为该病病机。治疗当以降气和胃为大法，并配以疏肝理气、清肝泻火、降气化痰、辛开苦降、行气宽中等治法结合应用。 |

| Diabetic gastroparesis is one of the common complications of diabetes mellitus, and is called diabetes gastric blockade in Chinese medicine. Professor GAO Yanbin holds that in the case of qi depression in middle-jiao, the stomache and spleen lifting disfunction should be taken as a pathogenesis. The treatment law is to discending qi and regulating stomach, and coupled with methods of dredge liver and regulate qi, clear liver and relieve fire, reduce qi and reduce phlegm, acrid opening and bitter downbearing, promoting qi and loosen the center. |
