| 患者于月经初潮后首次出现癫痫发作，多于排卵前出现全面强直-阵挛发作，属于排卵期月经性癫痫。结合患者的发作特点、症状、体征，辨证属肾精不足，风痰闭阻证，治以益肾填精、豁痰息风。患者既往服用拉莫三嗪、丙戊酸钠疗效欠佳，添加中药治疗后发作得到控制。 |

| Abstract: |
| In this case,the first epileptic seizure occurred after menarche and then occurred mostly before ovulation in the form of generalized tonic-clonic seizure. It belongs to C2 type of catamenial epilepsy. Combined with the onset characteristics,symptoms and signs of patients,syndrome differentiation is deficiency of obstruction of wind-phlegm syndrome with kidney essence,the method of tonifying kidney essence and eliminating phlegm for resuscitation was used. The patient's previous administration of lamotrigine and sodium valproate was not effective and the epileptic seizures were controlled after the traditional Chinese medicine treatment was added. |
