摘要:

国医大师夏桂成从医经验丰富，学术思想独具特色，其临证经验与学术思想对当下临床不孕症治疗具有极大的指导作用，强调以补肾调周之法治疗排卵障碍性不孕；黄体功能不全性不孕以肾阳虚为主，主张补肾助阳，少数阴虚者，亦有兼夹郁火、血瘀、痰湿等病理因素；盆腔或输卵管炎性不孕多为瘀滞，兼夹湿热、寒湿、脾肾两虚，以活血化瘀、清热利湿、补益脾肾等法治疗；免疫性不孕以肝肾阴虚为主，治以补益肝肾，滋阴降火。

Abstract:

XIA Guicheng,a master of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM),has rich experience and unique academic thoughts,which has great guiding effect on the treatment of infertility today. He emphasizes the treatment of infertility with ovulatory disorder by tonifying the kidney and regulating the period. The deficiency of kidney yang was the main factor in the infertility of luteal function,and there were some pathological factors,such as tonifying the kidney and helping yang,and a few yin deficiency,such as fire stagnation,blood stasis,phlegm dampness and so on. Pelvic or fallopian tube inflammatory infertility is mostly stasis,with damp-heat,cold dampness,spleen and kidney deficiency,treatment of blood stasis,heat and dampness,tonifying spleen and kidney. Immune infertility is mainly of liver and kidney yin deficiency,the treatment is to tonify liver and kidney yin to reduce fire.
