| 以中医脉络学说为指导，基于脉络与现代医学中小血管、微血管、微循环的同一性，提出"脉络-血管系统病"这一新概念，心肌梗死再灌注后的微血管功能障碍导致心肌纤维化，归属于这一病理范畴。基于"脉络-血管系统病"探析心肌梗死心肌纤维化的病机，并应用脉络学说核心理论——"营卫理论"为通络治疗提供理论指导。 |

| The new concept of "collateral-vascular system disease" is proposed as guided by vessel-collateral doctrine of traditional Chinese medicine and based on the uniformity between "vessel-collateral" and medium vessel,small vessel,capillary and microcirculation of modern medicine. Myocardial fibrosis caused by microvascular dysfunction after myocardial infarction reperfusion,precisely belongs to this pathological scope. This article is aim to explore pathogenesis of myocardial fibrosis post myocardial infarction based on "collateral-vascular system disease",and provide theoretical guidance for treatment of tongluo with core theory of vessel-collateral "theory of ying and wei" as the guidance. |
