| [目的]观察化浊解毒加减方治疗2型糖尿病合并轻中度抑郁症气郁化火证的临床疗效。[方法]依据糖尿病抑郁症中医症状评分量表和汉密尔顿（HAMD）抑郁量表评分，选取2型糖尿病伴轻中度抑郁症气郁化火证且现口服二甲双胍血糖控制理想者64例，以简单随机对照方法随机分为两组，每组各32例。两组在常规治疗的基础上，对照组予心理治疗，治疗组予化浊解毒加减方配合心理治疗。12周后评价患者临床症状改善情况，检测两组治疗前后血糖、中医症状评分、HAMD抑郁评分等指标变化情况。[结果]治疗后，两组HAMD抑郁评分较治疗前明显下降，治疗组有效率高于对照组（P<0.05）；两组中医症状评分治疗后较治疗前明显降低，治疗组疗效优于对照组（P<0.05）；治疗后治疗组血糖下降幅度优于对照组（P<0.05）。[结论]化浊解毒加减方对2型糖尿病轻中度抑郁症气郁化火证有良好的疗效，且未见明显不良反应。 |

| [Objective] To observe the clinical effect of Huazhuo jiedu modified prescription in treating type 2 diabetes mellitus with mild depression.[Methods] According to TCM symptom scale and HAMD depression scale,64 patients with mild depression which blood glucose control well by metformin were randomly divided into two groups,32 cases in each group. On the basis of routine treatment,the control group was treated with psychotherapy,the treatment group was treated with Huazhuo Jiedu modified prescription and psychotherapy. After 12 weeks,evaluate the TCM symptom score,HAMD depression score and blood glucose of the patients before and after treatment.[Results] After treatment,the HAMD depression score of the two groups was significantly lower than that before treatment,and the effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). The scores of TCM symptoms of the two groups were significantly lower after treatment than before treatment,and the curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group (P<0.05). And after treatment,the decrease of blood glucose in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).[Conclusion] Huazhuojiedu modified prescription has a good effect on type 2 diabetes mellitus mild depression,and there is no obvious adverse reaction. |
