| 类风湿关节炎可发生于任何年龄，女性多见，早期以关节滑膜炎为主要临床表现。关节滑膜的慢性炎症使大量炎性细胞浸润，侵犯软骨及骨组织，形成侵袭性血管翳，破坏关节软骨，从而导致关节结构破坏、功能受损。针刀治疗类风湿关节炎主要表现在松解粘连结缔组织、解除局部高压状态、建立关节力学平衡等方面，其疗效机制有改善形态学病变、改善局部血液循环、抑制自由基、调节细胞因子。针刀疗法在治疗类风湿关节炎方面疗效确切，值得临床推广应用。 |

| Rheumatoid arthritis can occur at any age,morecommon in women. Early clinical manifestation of rheumatoid arthritis is joint synovitis. Chronic inflammation of the synovial membrane infiltrates a large number of inflammatory cells which invade cartilage and bone tissue,formpannus,destroy the articular cartilage,and lead to the damage of joint structure and function. The function of needle-scalpel for the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis is mainly manifested in lossening the adhesive connection tissue,releasing the local high pressure,reestablishing the mechanical balance of the joints,etc. The curative effect mechanism includes improving morphological lesions,improving local blood circulation,inhibiting free radicals and regulating cytokines. The needle-scalpel therapy has exact effect on joint pain and functional recovery in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis,thus is worthy of clinical application. |
