| 脓毒症是一种由感染因素引起的全身炎症反应综合征，其本质为机体对感染性因素的反应。血必净注射液是在血府逐瘀汤的基础上研制而成的中成药制剂，由红花、川芎、赤芍、当归、丹参等中药组合而成，其有效成分包含川芎嗪、红花黄色素A、丹参素及阿魏酸等，具有溃散毒邪、活血化瘀和疏经通络的功用，能够调节免疫反应、拮抗内毒素及改善微循环障碍，临床上常应用于治疗脓毒症。文章将对血必净注射液的药理作用以及治疗脓毒症的作用机制展开综述。 |

| Sepsis is a systemic inflammatory response syndrome caused by infectious factors,the essence of which is the body's response to infectious factors. Xuebijing Injection is a Chinese patent medicine preparation developed on the basis of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction. It is a combination of traditional Chinese medicines such as safflower,Chuanxiong,Chishao,Angelica and Salvia. Its active ingredients include ligustrazine and safflower yellow. Pigment A,Danshensu and ferulic acid have the functions of dispelling poisonous evil,promoting blood circulation and removing phlegm and clearing meridians,regulating immune response,antagonizing endotoxin and improving microcirculation disorders,and are often used in the treatment of sepsis. This article will review the pharmacological effects of Xuebijing Injection and the mechanism of action in the treatment of sepsis. |
