摘要:

周惠芳教授临证30余载，根据多年临床经验，辨识病机，审因施治，认为痛经的主要病机是肾阳虚，肝郁血瘀；治疗上强调平时治本，病时标本并举，补肾调肝为基本治则，尤重经前助阳，使肾阳充旺，肝得疏调，瘀血得化，使痛得缓解，在药物治疗的同时注重心理疏导，自拟补肾助阳汤，标本兼治，并把补肾调周法贯穿于随证加减之中，在临床上取得了较好的疗效。

Abstract:

Professor ZHOU Huifang has been in the clinic for more than 30 years. According to her clinical experience for many years,she identified the pathogenesis of dysmenorrhea,and considered that the main pathogenesis of dysmenorrhea was kidney deficiency and yang,liver stagnation and blood stasis. In the treatment,she emphasized the treatment of the root causes at ordinary times,and the specimens were simultaneously treated when the disease occurred. Tonifying the kidney and regulating the liver is the basic treatment principle,especially before the meridian to assist yang,so that the kidney yang is filled and prosperous,the liver is sparse,the blood stasis is changed,the pain is alleviated,and the psychological guidance is paid attention to while the medicine is being treated. The decoction of tonifying kidney and helping yang was prepared and treated at both the symptoms and the symptoms,and the method of tonifying the kidney and regulating the week ran through the addition and subtraction of syndromes.
