| 近年来，随着动脉粥样硬化相关的心脑血管疾发病率逐年升高，活血化瘀中药的应用也日益增多，水蛭作为活血化瘀中药的代表药之一，其在临床的广泛应用为动脉粥样硬化的干预提供了很多新的思路，文章主要对水蛭及其相关制剂抗动脉粥样硬化作用的可能机制进行综述。 |

| Recent years,with the growing incidence of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases associated with atherosclerosis,the application of traditional Chinese medicine for Huoxue Huayu is increasing. As one of the representative drugs for Huoxue Huayu,leeches are widely used in clinical practice,which provides many new ideas for the intervention of atherosclerosis. The article mainly reviews the possible mechanisms of anti-atherosclerosis effect of leech and its related preparations. |
