摘要:

过敏性鼻炎是临床上的常见病和的多发病，外界六淫邪气为其重要的致病因素。暑邪为外感六淫之一，暑邪侵袭机体可引起机体脏腑的病变，若脏腑病变，功能失常，则可诱发过敏性鼻炎，故暑邪在过敏性鼻炎的发病与治疗中亦占有重要地位。文章将从病因病机、治疗等角度论述暑邪对过敏性鼻炎发病及治疗的影响，以充实中医"六淫致病"的理论依据，为临床上防治该病提供一定的借鉴。

Abstract:

Allergic rhinitis is a common and frequently occurring disease in the clinic,and the exogenous six evils are pathogenic factors in the process of the disease. Summer heat evil is one of the six evils of the exogenous. Summer heat evils can cause pathological changes of viscera,and dysfunction of zang fu organs can lead to the onset of allergic rhinitis. Therefore,summer heat evil plays an important role in the pathogenesis and treatment of allergic rhinitis. This article will discuss the influence of summer heat evil on allergic rhinitis and its treatment from the perspective of etiology,pathogenesis and treatment,so as to enrich the theoretical basis of "six exogenous pathogenic" and provide a reference for clinical prevention and treatment of this disease.
