| 摘要: |
| [目的]研究参芪养心颗粒对冠脉结扎致犬急性心肌缺血的影响。[方法]冠脉结扎致犬急性心肌缺血，观察参芪养心颗粒对犬心肌缺血区心外膜电图（N-ST）、冠脉血管阻力（CVR）、心肌血流量（MBF）、心肌耗氧量（MOC）、左心室心肌细胞苏木精-伊红（HE）染色病理变化以及心肌梗死区质量的影响。[结果]与模型对照组比较参芪养心颗粒中剂量组（5.46 g生药/kg）和参芪养心颗粒高剂量组（10.92 g生药/kg）可显著降低犬心肌缺血区N-ST。与模型对照组比较参芪养心颗粒中剂量组（5.46 g生药/kg）和参芪养心颗粒高剂量组（10.92 g生药/kg）可显著降低冠脉血管阻力。与模型对照组比较参芪养心颗粒中剂量组（5.46 g生药/kg）和参芪养心颗粒高剂量组（10.92 g生药/kg）可显著增加犬急性心肌缺血模型的心肌血流量。与模型对照组比较参芪养心颗粒高剂量组（10.92 g生药/kg）可显著降低心肌耗氧量。与模型对照组比较参芪养心颗粒中剂量组（5.46g生药/kg）和参芪养心颗粒高剂量组（10.92 g生药/kg）可显著降低心肌梗死区质量。[结论]参芪养心颗粒对冠脉结扎致犬急性心肌缺血模型具有保护作用。 |

| [Objective] To study the effects of Shenqi Yangxin Granule on acute myocardial ischemia in dogs induced by coronary artery ligation.[Methods] Acute myocardial ischemia was induced by coronary artery ligation. The effects of Shenqi Yangxin Granule on N-ST,coronary vascular resistance,myocardial blood flow,myocardial oxygen consumption and myocardial infarct size were observed.[Results] Compared with the model control group,the Shenqi Yangxin granules in the middle dose group (5.46 g crude drug/kg) and the Shenqi Yangxin Granule high dose group (10.92 g crude drug/kg) significantly reduced the N-ST in the canine myocardial ischemic area. Compared with the model control group,the Shenqi Yangxin Granules middle dose group (5.46 g crude drug/kg) and Shenqi Yangxin Granule high dose group (10.92 g crude drug/kg) can significantly reduce coronary vascular resistance. Compared with the model control group,the Shenqi Yangxin Granule middle dose group (5.46 g crude drug/kg) and the Shenqi Yangxin Granule high dose group (10.92 g crude drug/kg) significantly increased myocardial blood flow in the canine acute myocardial ischemia model. Compared with the model control group,the high dose group of Shenqi Yangxin Granule (10.92 g crude drug/kg) can significantly reduce myocardial oxygen consumption. Compared with the model control group,the Shenqi Yangxin Granule middle dose group (5.46 g crude drug/kg) and the Shenqi Yangxin Granule high dose group (10.92 g crude drug/kg) can significantly reduce the area of myocardial infarction.[Conclusion] Shenqi Yangxin Granule has protective effect on acute myocardial ischemia induced by coronary artery ligation. |
