摘要:

旨在阐述单细胞测序技术的优势，促进单细胞测序技术在中医体质研究中的应用。通过介绍单细胞测序技术概况及其在医药领域的应用，论述单细胞测序在中医体质学研究中的可应用方向。运用单细胞测序方法进行“体质可分”“体病相关”“体质可调”中医体质关键科学问题和“禀赋遗传”等中医体质基本原理的研究，拓展中医体质研究思路和方法，为探索中医体质理论的现代研究提供了新的支撑。加快传统中医药与现代生命科学技术的结合，有利于中医体质研究的发展进程。

Abstract:

This paper aims to illustrate the advantages of single-cell sequencing technology and promote the application of single-cell sequencing technology in physical research. By introducing single cell sequencing and its research advantages and influencing factors of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) constitution,the application progress of single cell sequencing method and the application direction of single cell sequencing in TCM constitutional research are discussed. The single-cell sequencing method is used to study the key scientific problems of TCM constitution such as "body-related diseases" or the basic principles of TCM physique,which expands the research ideas and methods of TCM physique,and provides new support for exploring the modern research of TCM physique theory. Accelerating the combination of traditional Chinese medicine and modern life science and technology is conducive to the development of TCM constitution research.
