姚魁武教授运用养阴定悸汤治疗室性早搏经验撷英

摘要:

室性早搏导致的心悸在临床很为常见，姚魁武教授按照中医理论将其按照“心悸”予以论治。姚魁武教授认为室性早搏所致的心悸与心阳失守、心血失充、心神不藏相关。其病位在心，而不止于心。治疗以“燮理阴阳，安神定悸”为治疗大法，重视宗气、阳气与神志对于心脉的调摄作用。选药处方以大力滋阴补血，兼以温复心阳、安神定悸为务，并根据多年临床经验，以炙甘草汤与桂枝甘草龙骨牡蛎汤合方化裁为养阴定悸汤，并依据证情变化予以进退。

Abstract:

The heart palpitation caused by premature ventricular beats are very common in the clinic and Professor YAO Kuiwu treat it as Xinji according to the theory of traditional Chinese medicine. Professor YAO Kuiwu believes that heart palpitation caused by premature ventricular beats are related to xinyang loss,loss of heart and soul,and lack of spirit. Its position is in the heart,and not only in the heart. The treatment is based on the balance of yin and yang,relief of the nerves. It is important to relieve the nerves and emphasize the regulation of the zongqi,yangqi and spirit. The prescription of the drug is to vigorously nourish the yin and the blood,to warm heart pulse and to calm the nerves. Based on years of clinical experience,Zhigancao Decoction and Guizhi Gancao Longgu Muli Decoction are combined in a Yangyin Dingji Decoction. The decoction changes according to the disease conditon.
