[目的]探讨调节性T细胞在幼儿贫血中的表达及临床预后价值。[方法]选择2016年3月-2017年3月天津市儿童医院治疗的贫血患儿80例作为研究对象,设为观察组;根据贫血严重程度分为轻度组、中度组与重度组;所有患儿均给予铁剂、维生素及饮食强化治疗。根据治疗预后分为预后良好组与预后差组;选择同期健康体检者56例,设为对照组。采用流式细胞仪完成各组调节性T细胞CD4+、CD4+CD125+、CD4+CD125+CD127low水平;采用SPSS Pearson相关性分析软件对调节性T细胞与患儿治疗预后进行相关性分析。[结果]观察组调节性T细胞CD4+、CD4+CD125+、CD4+CD125+CD127low百分比,均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组贫血患儿中预后良好组CD4+、CD4+CD125+、CD4+CD125+CD127low百分比高于预后差组(P<0.05)。[结论]调节性T细胞在幼儿贫血中呈低表达,且与患儿临床预后呈负相关性,加强调节性T细胞测定能评估预后,指导临床治疗。 |

[Objective] To investigate the expression and clinical prognosis of regulatory T cells in anemia of children.[Methods] Eighty children with anemia treated by Tianjin Children's Hospital from March 2016 to March 2017 were selected as the study group. They were divided into mild,moderate and severe groups according to the severity of anemia. All children were given iron,vitamins and dietary intensive treatment. According to the prognosis of treatment,the patients were divided into good prognosis group and poor prognosis group. The 56 healthy subjects were selected as the control group. The levels of CD4+,CD4+CD125+,CD4+CD125+CD127low in regulatory T cells were detected by flow cytometry. Correlation analysis between regulatory T cells and prognosis was performed by SPSS Pearson correlation analysis software.[Results] The percentage of CD4+,CD4+CD125+,CD4+CD125+CD127low in regulatory T cells in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). In the observation group,the percentage of CD4+,CD4+CD125+,CD4+CD125+CD127low in the group with good prognosis was higher than that in the group with poor prognosis (P<0.05).[Conclusion] Regulatory T cells are low expressed in anemia of children and negatively correlated with the clinical prognosis of children. Strengthening regulatory T cell assay can evaluate prognosis and guide clinical treatment. |
