痰湿体质系列研究及在代谢性慢病防控中的应用

摘要:

代谢性慢病属于人类重大、多发疾病，其“早筛查、早预警、早预防”问题亟待解决。痰湿体质系列研究，从痰湿体质判定标准的建立到宏微观辨识技术的研发，从痰湿体质易患代谢性慢病的横断面流行病调查到微观基础实证研究，从调体防治代谢性疾病的动物实验研究到临床药效试验，实现了从“一个人一个人的筛查”到“体质群体大面积筛查”，从“一个病一个病的预防”到“一类疾病的预防”，是从“异病同治”向“异病同防”的转变，为代谢性慢病群体预防和防控关口前移提供了理论指导和技术支撑。

Abstract:

Chronic metabolic diseases are major and high-incidence diseases in humans, the issue of "early screening, early warning, and early prevention" need to be solved urgently. A series of studies on the phlegm-dampness constitution have been conducted, which established the identification standard, developed the macro and micro identification technologies, and performed animal experimental and clinical trial studies of metabolic diseases with a novel approach of constitution-adjustment in Chinese medicine. This series of studies achieve the transformation from the individual screening to a large-scale population screening; from the prevention of a single disease to a type of diseases, from the mode of "same treatment for different diseases" to "same prevention for different diseases". These studies drive the barrier of disease prevention and control to move forward to the pre-clinical stage, and provide theoretical guidance and technical support for the prevention and control of chronic metabolic disease in a group manner.
