基于数据挖掘的张伯礼教授治疗心悸用药规律分析

摘要:

[目的] 收集张伯礼教授专家门诊处方数据，筛选心悸病处方，分析用药规律。[方法] 将收集的张伯礼教授临床治疗心悸的处方进行整理和筛选，运用关联分析方法，挖掘老专家组方思路与配伍规律，通过社区探测算法对组方进行模块化分析，从而构建组方配伍网络，总结处方内在规律。[结果] 对筛选出的243首处方进行分析，涉及常用中药186种，得出各种药的药对89对（按有向统计），挖掘出用药频次超过20次以上的药物48种，探测出6个组方网络模块，分析出常用组方链路组合。[结论] 张伯礼教授治疗心悸的方剂配伍多以活血化瘀为主，体现了他“痰瘀互生，病重之源”的观点。基于数据挖掘技术挖掘组方配伍规律，总结名老中医用药规律，对于临床用药指导与应用具有重要价值。

Abstract:

[Objective] To collect the prescription data of the expert outpatients of Professor ZHANG Boli,to screen the prescription of heart disease and analyze the law of medication.[Methods] The collected prescriptions of clinical treatment of palpitation by Professor ZHANG Boli were collated and screened,and the association analysis method was used to explore the ideas and compatibility rules of the old experts. The community analysis algorithm was used to analyze the components to construct a network of prescriptions,summarizing the inherent rules of the prescription.[Results] The 243 selected prescriptions were analyzed,involving 186 kinds of commonly used traditional Chinese medicine. The 89 pairs of medicines were obtained for various medicines (according to the directional statistics),and 48 kinds of medicines that were applied more than 20 times were mined,6 prescription network modules were detected,and common prescription link combinations were analyzed.[Conclusion] Professor ZHANG Boli's prescriptions for the treatment of palpitation mainly focus on promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,which reflects his view that alternate generation of phlegm and blood stasis are the source of serious diseasein. Based on the data mining technology to mine the compatibility law of the prescriptions,summarizing the rules of the old Chinese medicine,it is of great value for the guidance and application of clinical medication.
