| 糖尿病前期患者是罹患2型糖尿病的高危人群，对患者糖尿病前期进行干预，可预防和延缓糖尿病的发生发展，减轻慢性疾病增长负担。中医对糖尿病前期的病因病机有较系统的认识。张伯礼教授对于糖尿病前期的辨治有丰富经验，文章从病证结合，审证求因；治在枢机，调畅气血；预防为主，综合调护等方面，结合案例进行分析，分享经验。 |

| Prediabetes are at high risk for type 2 diabetes. Intervention of prediabetes can prevent and delay the occurrence and development of diabetes and reduce the burden of chronic disease growth. Traditional Chinese medicine has a systematic understanding of the etiology and pathogenesis of prediabetes. Professor ZHANG Boli has rich experience in the diagnosis and treatment on prediabetes. This paper analyzes and shares experience from the aspects of combination of disease and syndrome,examination of evidence and seeking cause,treatment in cardinal,regulating qi and blood,preventive treatment of disease,comprehensive adjustment and protection. |
