Abstract:
The etiology of Alzheimer's disease is complex. At present, the etiology and pathogenesis of Alzheimer's disease have not been fully elucidated, and there are no very effective therapeutic drugs. Modern medicine believes that the occurrence of this disease may be related to abnormalities in the microenvironment of the brain caused by factors such as genetics, autoimmunity, environment, and aging whichmay also lead to the progressive exacerbation. Intracranial lymphatic drainage is an effective method to improvethe microenvironments of Alzheimer's disease. In view of the pathogenesis of "toxic damage to the brain collaterals" in traditional Chinese medicine and the understanding of histomorphology and functional understanding of the brain microenvironment and lymphatic drainage during the onset of Alzheimer's diseasein modern medicine, wesummarize and clarify that traditional Chinese medicine adjusts the brain microenvironment to improve the effects and biological mechanism of cognitive impairment induced by Alzheimer's disease, which is of great significance to further guide clinical application.
