摘要:

黄文政教授为国家名老中医、肾病学专家，在临床中从事肾病工作多年，具有丰富的临床诊治经验。黄文政教授从多年的临床经验中总结得出血尿的关键病机在于少阳三焦枢机不利，三焦又分为上焦、中焦、下焦，故在治疗中注重分位辨证，病在上焦者多用银翘散或荆防败毒散加减，病在中焦者以补中益气汤、柴苓汤、小柴胡汤加减，病在下焦者屏风知柏地黄汤、桂枝茯苓丸、桃核承气汤、小蓟饮子、五淋散、八正散、无比山药丸加减。

Abstract:

Professor HUANG Wenzheng,a national famous old Chinese medicine and a nephrology experts,engaged in clinical nephropathy work for many years and has rich experience in clinical diagnosis and treatment. Professor HUANG Wenzheng summarized from many years of clinical experience that the key pathogenesis of hematuresis lies in the disadvantage of shaoyang triple energizer,and triple energizer is divided into upper energizer,middle energizer,lower energizer,so the treatment is also based on disease location syndrome differentiation. Those who were sick in the upper energizer were treated with Yinqiao Powder or Jingfang Baidu Powder plus or minus;those who were ill in middle energizer were treated with Buzhong Yiqi Decoction,Chailing Decoction and Xiaochaihu Decoction;those who were ill in lower energizer were treated with Pingfeng Zhibai Dihuang Decoction,Guizhi Fuling Pill,Taohe Chengqi Decoction,Xiaoji Yinzi,Wuling Powder,Bazheng Powder,Wubi Shanyao Pill plus or minus.
