| 新型冠状病毒肺炎属中医瘟疫范畴。膜原学说主要用于瘟疫治疗，邪伏膜原为其主要致病机制，临床治疗以驱邪为要。结合新冠肺炎的临床表现和治疗，在当代中西医结合背景下对膜原学说进行梳理分析，探讨膜原定位、属性与作用机制，为病毒传染性疾病的防治提供参考。 |

| Coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19) belongs to the plague category of traditional Chinese medicine. Moyuan theory is mainly used in plague treatment. Pathogens attached to Moyuan is the main pathogenic mechanism. The main purpose of clinical treatment is to eliminate pathological factors. This article combines the clinical manifestations and treatment of COVID-19,analyzes the Moyuan theory in the context of contemporary integration of traditional Chinese and Western medicine,to explore the location,properties and mechanism of Moyuan,and to provide a reference for the prevention and treatment of infectious diseases. |
