中药联合整体护理干预治疗老年性阴道炎60例临床观察

摘要:

[目的] 观察中药联合护理干预治疗老年性阴道炎的临床疗效。[方法] 选取2018年3月-2019年3月于天津中医药大学第一附属医院收治的60例肾虚湿热型老年性阴道炎患者，按照随机数字表分为观察组和对照组，每组各30例，对照组给予中药联合常规护理进行治疗，观察组采用中药联合整体护理干预进行治疗。观察两组临床疗效、阴道分泌物pH值、阴道清洁度、临床症状积分及贝克抑郁量表（BDI-Ⅱ）评分。[结果] 观察组总有效率为93.3%，显著高于对照组73.3%，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。两组治疗后阴道分泌物pH值、阴道清洁度、临床症状积分及BDI-Ⅱ评分均得到改善，观察组改善更为明显，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。[结论] 中药联合整体护理干预治疗老年性阴道炎疗效显著，同时强调整体护理干预在治疗中的重要性，该方法值得推广运用。

Abstract:

[Objective] To observe the clinical effect of Chinese medicine combined with nursing intervention in the treatment of senile vaginitis.[Methods] Sixty elderly vaginitis patients with kidney deficiency and dampness-heat type treated in our hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to random number table,30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine combined with conventional nursing,and the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine combined with holistic nursing intervention. The clinical efficacy,vaginal secretion pH,vaginal cleanliness,clinical symptom score and Beck Depression Inventory score (BDI-Ⅱ) were observed in the two groups.[Results] The total effective rate was 93.3% in the observation group,which was significantly higher than 73.3% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The pH value of vaginal secretion,vaginal cleanliness,clinical symptom score and BDI-Ⅱ score were improved in both groups after treatment,and the improvement was more obvious in the observation group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).[Conclusion] The effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined with holistic nursing intervention in the treatment of senile vaginitis is significant,and holistic nursing intervention in the treatment is important. This method is worthy of popularization and application.
