| 2019年12月新型冠状病毒肺炎的爆发，是人类的一场新的重大灾难，目前中西医结合取长补短、共同探索以提高疗效成为了共识。新型冠状病毒肺炎属于中医"疫病"范畴，在与疾病抗争的几午年里，中医以整体观念为核心，通过"因发知受"的疾病认识视角，建立起了独特的辨证论治方法体系。文章通过对各地区前线病例报道及有关文献进行总结梳理，运用五辨思维，从辨证、辨症、辨病、辨人、辨机的不同角度凝练中医对新型冠状病毒肺炎的认识过程，并围绕"湿毒"为患这一核心病因，兼顾疾病发展阶段性"湿、热、毒、虚、瘀"病理变化过程，进一步总结遵循给邪出路、三因制宜、病证结合、分期论治的方法原则，以期为在攻克本次疫病的关键时刻提供一些中医诊治的理论与方法依据。 |

| The outbreak of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) in December 2019 is a new major disaster for mankind. At present,it is a consensus to combine traditional Chinese and Western medicine to make up for each other's weaknesses and explore together to improve efficacy of treating COVID-19. Traditional Chinese medicine is based on the overall concept,the unique feature of its understanding of diseases lies in "conjecturing cause of the disease based on the external performance" and COVID-19 belongs to the category of "epidemic diseases" of traditional Chinese medicine. Through summarizing and sorting out the front-line case reports and relevant documents in various regions,and applying the thinking of five differentiation,the cognitive process of traditional Chinese medicine to COVID-19 is condensed from different angles of differentiation of symptoms,signs,diseases,people and machines. Around the core cause of "damp toxin",the pathological change process of "dampness,heat,toxin,deficiency and blood stasis" in the disease development stage is taken into account,and the principles of methods of "pathogenic outlet,treatment individualized to patient,season and locality,combination of symptoms and diseases and treatment by stages" are further summarized and followed,so as to provide some theoretical and methodological basis for diagnosis and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine at the critical moment of conquering this epidemic disease. |
