婴幼儿中医体质的研究进展

摘要:

在国家公共卫生和健康管理服务中，儿童尤其是婴幼儿是重点关注的人群。现今，体质分类辨识已成为健康管理和"治未病"的重要方法和手段，对于婴幼儿体质，却还未形成统一规范的分类标准。文章通过整理婴幼儿中医体质的相关文献，重点从古代医家对婴幼儿生理特点的研究、近现代医家对婴幼儿体质分类的研究、婴幼儿体质与疾病的相关性研究、影响婴幼儿体质因素的研究4个方面进行述评，最后对目前婴幼儿中医体质研究中存在的优点和不足进行思考，并提出婴幼儿体质分类研究应"因地制宜"的确立切实可行的分类判定标准，同时形成科学的判定量表和个体化的养护指南，以促进婴幼儿的生长发育，指导疾病的防治。

Abstract:

In the national public health and health management services,children,especially infants,are the focus of attention. At present,constitution classification and identification has become an important method and means for health management and "preventive treatment". However,there is no unified and standardized classification standard for infant constitution. This paper reviews the relevant literature on infant constitution of traditional Chinese medicine,focusing on the ancient physicians' research on infant physiological characteristics,the modern physicians' research on infant constitution classification,the research on the correlation between infant constitution and diseases,and the research on factors affecting infant constitution. Finally,the paper thinks about the advantages and disadvantages of the current infant constitution of traditional Chinese medicine research,and proposes that the infant constitution classification research should establish practical classification criteria according to local conditions,and form scientific judgment scales and individualized maintenance guidelines to promote the growth and development of infants and guide the prevention and treatment of diseases.
