| 摘要: |
| 由于疾病自身发展过程的复杂性与表征的多样性、模糊性，决定了证的兼杂、真假在临床中普遍存在，且辨之尤难。文章指出，证的兼杂包括证的相兼与错杂，证的真假分为寒证和热证的真假、实证与虚证的真假以及其他证的真假；临床只有厘清证与证之间普遍存在着相兼、错杂关系以及真假难辨的现象，才能对病情作全面深入的分析，从而提高辨证论治的水平。 |

| Abstract: |
| Due to the complexity of the disease's own development process and the diversity and fuzziness of its manifestations,the mixed syndromes and true and false syndromes are common in clinical practice and are especially difficult to distinguish. The article points out that the mixed syndromes includes the combination and mixture of syndromes. The true and false of syndromes can be divided into the true and false of cold and heat syndromes,the true and false of excess and deficiency syndromes,and the true and false of other syndromes. In clinical practice,only by clarifying the coexistence,mixed relationship and the difficulty of distinguishing true from false between the syndrome and the syndrome can make a comprehensive and in-depth analysis of the disease,thus improving the level of syndrome differentiation and treatment. |
