| 《道德经》与中医渊源颇深，其中许多论点与中医理论有相通之处。意在探讨《道德经》对中医理论及实践的指导意义，通过梳理并分析讨论其中对中医理论及临床有影响和指导意义的内容，从"恬淡无为，重视平和""奇正相合，以疗难疾"两个方面展开，将该书对中医学理论、病机、诊断、治疗、养护等方面的指导意义进行整理和论述。老子《道德经》对中医学发展影响深远，对中医学的理论、病机、诊断、治疗、养护等方面都有指导意义，应加强整理研究。 |

| Tao Te Ching has a deep origin with traditional Chinese medicine (TCM). Many of its arguments echo and share the same origin with the theory of TCM. The purpose of this paper is to discuss the guiding significance of Tao Te Ching to the theory and practice of TCM. By sorting out and analyzing the contents which have an impact and guiding significance on the theory and clinical practice of TCM,we concluded and illustrated with examples such as thinking less and doing nothing quietly;coinciding odds and righteousness to cure diseases. This paper holds that LAO Tzu's TAO Te Ching has a far-reaching impact on the development of TCM,and has a guiding significance on the theory,pathogenesis,diagnosis,treatment and maintenance of TCM. It is necessary to strengthen the collation and research. |
