浅析新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情下肺癌患者的中医药防控措施

摘要:

新型冠状病毒肺炎（简称新冠肺炎）疫情仍在持续，疫情防控工作是当前最重要的工作。肺癌患者是新冠肺炎的易感人群和高危易发人群，且预后较差。中医药在这次疫情的防治工作中，疗效确切，发挥了不可替代的作用，正在由参与走向主导。因此，充分发挥中医药“治未病”的优势特色，为肺癌患者预防新型冠状病毒感染提供更优化的诊疗方案，十分必要。贾英杰教授团队既往研究证实，“脾胃虚弱”贯穿肺癌的发生与发展，恰当运用顾护脾胃法，可以发挥“未病先防”“既病防变”“瘥后防复”的重要作用。做到未感染者早预防，已感染者早发现、早隔离、早诊断、早治疗。

Abstract:

At present,the epidemic situation of Corona Virus Disease 2019 (abbreviated as COVID-19) is still continuing and the epidemic prevention and control is the most important work. In this outbreak of COVID-19,lung cancer patients can not be ignored. Lung cancer patients are the susceptible and high-risk population of COVID-19,and the prognosis is poor. In the prevention and treatment of this epidemic,Chinese medicine has a definite curative effect and played an irreplaceable role,which is moving from participation to leading. Therefore,it is necessary to give full play to the advantages and characteristics of "preventing diseases" of traditional Chinese medicine and provide a more optimized diagnosis and treatment scheme for lung cancer patients to prevent COVID-19. Previous research by Professor JIA Yingjie's team has confirmed that "weakness of spleen and stomach" runs through the occurrence and development of lung cancer,and proper application of the method of regulating spleen-stomach can play an important role in "preventing before illness","preventing disease from changing" and "preventing disease recurrence". To achieve early prevention of uninfected people,early detection,early isolation,early diagnosis and early treatment of infected people.
