摘要:

针灸对机体免疫调节的研究已成为近年来针灸基础研究的热点，针灸引起的免疫调节作用主要表现在3个方面：针灸对免疫细胞、免疫分子、免疫应答的调节作用，且这种调节作用具有双向性、特异性、整体性的特点。通过对近年来针灸调节免疫相关的研究现状进行梳理，提出今后针灸调节免疫的研究思路，以期为针灸调节免疫的临床及基础研究提供参考。针灸调节免疫功能的相关研究，应以古文献为基础，融合多学科，善于借鉴循证医学，加强基础研究，进一步探讨其作用机制，充分发挥针灸特色与优势，推动针灸学科的发展。

Abstract:

The research of acupuncture and moxibustion on immune regulation has become a hot spot of acupuncture and moxibustion basic research in recent years. The immune regulation caused by acupuncture and moxibustion is mainly manifested in three aspects:the regulation of acupuncture and moxibustion on immune cells,immune molecules and immune response,and this regulation has the characteristics of two-way,specificity and integrity. In this paper,the research status of acupuncture and moxibustion regulating immunity in recent years is combed,and the research ideas of acupuncture and moxibustion regulating immunity in the future are put forward in order to provide reference for the clinical and basic research of acupuncture and moxibustion regulating immunity. The related research of acupuncture and moxibustion regulating immunity function should be based on ancient literature,integrate multiple disciplines,learn from evidence-based medicine,strengthen basic research,further explore its mechanism,give full play to the characteristics and advantages of acupuncture and moxibustion,and promote the development of acupuncture and moxibustion.
