| 新型冠状病毒肺炎（简称新冠肺炎）作为国际关注的突发公共卫生事件（PHEIC），目前尚缺乏有效的抗病毒治疗方法，中西医结合治疗在临床上取得了一定的疗效。新冠肺炎属于中医"疫病"范畴，其病因以感受寒湿疫毒戾气为主，病机主要为寒湿疫气闭肺困脾，气机不畅，病位主要涉及肺脾胃，基于《黄帝内经》理论，结合传统中医思想，提出"内外统一"的辨治思路。 |

| As a public health emergency of international concern (PHEIC),coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)currently lacks effective antiviral treatment methods,and the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine has achieved some clinical results.COVID-19 belongs to the category of "epidemic disease" in traditional Chinese medicine. Its etiology is mainly felt by cold and damp epidemic poisoning qi. The pathogenesis is mainly that the lung qi is blocked and the spleen qi can't be transported.The position mainly involves the lungs,spleen and stomach. Based on the theory of Huangdi Neijing,combined with traditional Chinese medicine thought,we put forward the idea of "integration of exterior and interior" for the syndrome differentiation and treatment. |
