| 慢性肾脏病是临床最常见的肾系疾病，是由多种肾脏病发展而来，临床主要表现为水肿、蛋白尿、血尿、腰痛等症状，慢性肾脏病患者的感染风险是正常人的3~4倍，其中尤以呼吸系统感染最为多见。列举了呼吸系统与慢性肾脏病常见的合并症，分别从上、中、下3个不同的病位，总结王耀光教授临证治疗的选方用药。 |

| Chronic kidney disease is the most common renal disease in the clinic. It is developed from a variety of kidney diseases. The main clinical manifestations are edema,proteinuria,hematuria,low back pain and other symptoms. The risk of infection in patients with chronic kidney disease is normal 3~4 times,especially respiratory infections are the most common. This article lists the common comorbidities of the respiratory system and chronic kidney disease,from the upper,middle and lower three different diseases,summed up the prescription of Professor WANG Yaoguang's clinical treatment. |
