摘要:

痛风是一种关节红肿、剧痛难忍的常见风湿病，其与嘌呤代谢障碍密切相关，临床易反复发作，迁延不愈，可导致痛风性肾损害等多种并发症，严重影响患者的生活质量。西医治疗多采取分期治疗，急性期应用秋水仙碱、非甾体抗炎药、糖皮质激素等对症治疗；缓解期则以药物控制血尿酸为主。朱跃兰教授临证擅治痛风性关节炎，在反复临床实践中积累了丰富经验，针对痛风疾病提出"湿瘀"理论，认为"湿热瘀阻"为其核心病机，临证多以清热利湿，活血止痛为主要治法，运用中医药内外治法，在痛风疾病的治疗中取得较好的临床疗效。

Abstract:

Gout is a common rheumatic disease with inflamed joints and severe pain,which is closely related to purine metabolism disorder. In recent years,due to the changes in people's living pace and eating habits,the incidence of gout is increasing year by year,and the incidence population is also getting younger. Gout is prone to repeated attacks in clinical practice,which may lead to gout kidney damage and other complications,and seriously affect the quality of life of patients. At present,western medicine treats gout by stages,colchicine,non-teroidal anti-inflammatory drugs and glucocorticoids were used for symptomatic treatment during the acute phase. The remission phase was dominated by drug control of serum uric acid. Professor ZHU Yuelan is clinically good at treating gouty arthritis,and has accumulated rich experience in repeated clinical practice. She puts forward the theory of "damp stasis" for gout,and considered "dampness and heat and blood stasis" as its core pathogenesis. She mainly uses clearing heat,promoting dampness,promoting blood circulation and relieving pain as the main treatment methods,and uses internal and external treatment methods of traditional Chinese medicine to obtain better clinical effect in the treatment of gout.
