摘要:

叶天士对于不寐的辨治具有独特的认识。文章以《临证指南医案》中相关病案为基础，概括总结了叶天士辨治不寐的学术特点。叶天士尊崇经典，深研《黄帝内经》的理论，充分挖掘其中对于不寐的论述，尤其发挥并运用阳跷脉的理论，并将其运用于不寐的论治，开拓了不寐的辨治思路；临证喜用经方，擅长化裁，能够灵活运用经典代表方剂治疗失眠；同时，叶天士根据前人的论述结合自己独特的认识，扩展了五味治疗不寐的临床运用，尤其是重视运用动物药，藉血肉有情之品充养形质，以培生生之气。

Abstract:

YE Tianshi had a unique understanding of the diagnosis and treatment of insomnia. Based on the relevant medical records in Linzheng Zhinan Yi'an,this paper summarized the academic characteristics of YE's diagnosis and treatment of insomnia. YE Tianshi respected the classics,deep researched Huangdi Neijing theory,fully explored the discussion of insomnia,played and used the theory of Yang qiao pulse,used it in the treatment of insomnia,and expanded the treatment of insomnia thoughts. In clinic,YE appropriated classics prescription,was good at change and innovate,and can use classical representative prescription to treat insomnia. At the same time,combined the elaboration of the and his own unique understanding,he expanded the clinical application of five flavours on the treatment of insomnia,especially the use of animal medicine,which could raise the vitality of qi through the flesh and blood sentient products filled with shape.
