摘要:

血管性痴呆为罹患脑血管病后的主要并发症之一，患者认知功能受到明显损伤，同时具备局灶性神经系统损害的症状与体征，因其在临床上具备可预防性，探析血管性痴呆的新的证治思路与方法尤为重要。王新陆教授在长期临证与理论研究中，总结出血管性痴呆病机为肾精亏虚、浊瘀互结所致的脑萎髓空、神机失用，并从“血浊”立论治疗血管性痴呆，自拟复健化浊方以补肾化浊活血作为血管性痴呆的基本治疗方法，临床常获显效，为血管性痴呆的辨证论治提供了新的临床思路与理论支持。

Abstract:

Vascular dementia is one of the main complications after suffering from cerebrovascular disease. The patient's cognitive function is significantly impaired. They have symptoms and signs of focal nervous system damage simultaneously. It is particularly important to analyze new ideas and methods of treatment of vascular dementia since it is preventable. Professor WANG Xinlu summarized the pathological characteristics of vascular dementia as brain dysfunction caused by deficiency of kidney essence, turbidity and stasis in long-term clinical practice and theoretical research. He creates Fujian Huazhuo Decoction to treat vascular dementia from tonifying the kidney, removing turbidity and promoting blood.Professor WANG Xinlu regularly achieves significant clinical effects from his treatment methods. His treatment methods provide new clinical thinking and theoretical support.
