| 新型冠状病毒肺炎（COVID-19）疫情对中国乃至全球的公共卫生事业产生了巨大影响，其感染呈多样性，肾脏也是主要靶器官之一。蛋白尿、血尿、血肌酐和尿素氮升高、急性肾损伤是肾脏损伤的临床表现。结合COVID-19患者临床资料和最新的研究，对新型冠状病毒感染相关肾脏损伤的临床表现、机制及中医药干预策略进行探讨。 |

| Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) has had a huge impact on public health issues in China even the whole world. Its infection is diverse, and the kidney is one of the main target organs. Proteinuria, hematuria, elevated serum creatinine and urea nitrogen, and AKI are clinical manifestations of kidney impairment. This article combines the clinical data and the latest research of COVID-19 to explore the clinical manifestations, mechanisms and integrated Chinese medicine and Western medicine intervention strategies of kidney impairment associated with COVID-19. |
