| 血浊是脑小血管病发生的重要病理因素，从浊血伤髓论治脑小血管病，可以为脑小血管病临床诊疗提供新的思路。援药药对“制何首乌-虎杖”为化浊行血汤的重要组成，具有化浊益髓的作用。文章主要从脑小血管病的病因病机、治疗原则、援药药对配伍意义、援药药对的相关药理研究4个方面对援药药对“制何首乌-虎杖”治疗脑小血管病进行理论探讨。 |

| Turbidity of blood is an important pathological factor of cerebral small vessel disease. Treating cerebral small vessel diseasefrom turbid blood hurting marrow can provide new ideas for clinical diagnosis and treatment of cerebral small vessel disease. "Radix Polygoni Multiflori-Polygonum cuspidatum" is an important component of Huazhuo Xingxue Decoction,which has the function of dispelling turbidityand benefiting marrow. This article mainly discusses the treatment of cerebral small vessel disease with the assistant medications pair of"Radix Polygoni Multiflori-Polygonum cuspidatum" from four aspects:etiology and pathogenesis,treatment principle,compatibility significance andrelated pharmacological research. |
