| 侯玉芬教授在临证治疗淋巴水肿时多从脾论治，认为“脾虚湿盛”是淋巴水肿的病机关键，治疗当以健脾为主，同时权衡寒、热、痰、瘀之主次轻重，辨证论治，并辅以熏洗、外敷、压力治疗等外治疗法，在临床上取得了良好的治疗效果，值得推广应用。 |

| Abstract: |
| In the clinical treatment of lymphedema,Professor HOU Yufen mainly treated it from the spleen. He believed that "spleen deficiency and dampness" is the key pathogenesis of lymphedema. The treatment should focus on strengthening the spleen,while weighing the primary and secondary severity of cold,heat,phlegm and stasis,syndrome differentiation and treatment. And it supplemented with external treatments such as fumigation,external application and pressure therapy,it has achieved good clinical results and is worthy of popularization and application. |
