| [目的] 探讨温针灸护理路径对肺癌手术患者快速康复的促进效果。[方法] 选择2016年2月—2019年5月在本院诊治的早期肺癌患者132例，根据随机数字表法把患者分为观察组与对照组各66例，对照组给予传统护理，观察组在对照组护理的基础上给予术后温针灸护理路径干预，记录两组的预后康复情况。[结果] 两组护理后的焦虑与抑郁评分都显著低于护理前（P<0.05），观察组也低于对照组（P<0.05）。两组护理后的CD3+、CD4+T淋巴细胞比例都显著高于护理前（P<0.05），观察组也高于对照组（P<0.05）。观察组对于住院期间的护理满意度为100.0%，显著高于对照组的90.9%（P<0.05）。观察组护理后的《症状自评量表SCL90》生活质量各维度评分都显著低于对照组（P<0.05）。[结论] 温针灸护理路径在肺癌手术患者中的应用能促使患者快速康复，缓解焦虑抑郁情绪，改善机体的免疫功能，提高护理满意度与生活质量。 |

| [Objective] To explore the effects of warm acupuncture nursing path on the rapid rehabilitation of lung cancer surgery patients.[Methods] From February 2016 to May 2019,132 patients with early stage lung cancer treated in this hospital were selected. According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into an observation group and a control group with 66 cases each. The control group was given traditional nursing,and the observation group was given postoperative warm acupuncture nursing path intervention on the basis of the control group's nursing,and the prognosis and rehabilitation of two groups were recorded.[Results] The anxiety and depression scores of two groups after nursing were significantly lower than those before nursing (P<0.05),and the observation group was also lower than the control group (P<0.05). The ratio of CD3+ and CD4+ T lymphocytes in two groups after nursing was significantly higher than that before nursing (P<0.05),and the observation group was also higher than the control group (P<0.05). The observation group's nursing satisfaction during hospitalization was 100.0%,which was significantly higher than the control group's 90.9% (P<0.05). The scores of all dimensions of life quality of the Sympto Check List 90 SCL-90 after nursing in the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group (P<0.05).[Conclusion] The application of warm acupuncture nursing path in patients with lung cancer surgery can promote rapid recovery,relieve anxiety and depression,improve the body's immune function,and improve nursing satisfaction and quality of life. |
