基于SMD-TCM证据库生成益气活血类中成药治疗冠心病心绞痛的系统评价再评价

摘要:

[目的] 基于中医药系统评价/Meta分析证据库（SMD-TCM），对口服益气活血类中成药治疗冠心病心绞痛的系统评价/Meta分析进行再评价，并验证SMD-TCM各部分功能。[方法] 计算机检索SMD-TCM，获取并筛选文献，借助SMD-TCM对口服益气活血类中成药治疗冠心病心绞痛的系统评价/Meta分析进行再评价。[结果] 纳入符合标准的系统评价/Meta分析26篇，再评价结果显示：疗效方面，纳入研究均报告口服益气活血类中成药治疗冠心病心绞痛具有疗效；安全性方面，19篇研究对安全性进行了相关报告，7篇未报告，且存在报告不清晰、未明确区分组别、未报告发生患者例数等问题；方法学质量和报告规范方面，纳入研究均存在一定的不足，具有一定改善空间。[结论] 当前，SMD-TCM各项功能运行正常，将系统评价再评价研究的时间大幅缩短，切实提升了科研效率，节约了时间及人力成本。

Abstract:

[Objective] Base on the systematic review/Meta-analysis database of traditional Chinese medicine (SMD-TCM),the systematic review/meta-analysis of Yiqi Huoxue oral Chinese patent medicine for coronary heart disease with angina pectoris was overviewed,and to check the function of the SMD-TCM.[Methods] The systematic review/meta-analysis of Yiqi Huoxue oral Chinese patent medicine for coronary heart disease with angina pectoris was searched and overviewed by the SMD-TCM.[Results] Finally, 26 systematic review/Meta-analysis of yiqi huoxue oral Chinese patent medicine for coronary heart disease with angina pectoris were included. Evaluation results showed:All the included studies reported the efficacy of yiqi huoxue oral Chinese patent medicine in the treatment of coronary heart disease with angina pectoris. Safety reports were made in 19 studies,while 7 were not reported,and there were some problems such as unclear report,no group distinction and no reported number of patients. In terms of methodological quality and reporting standards,there are some deficiencies in the included studies,which need to be improved.[Conclusion] All functions of the SMD-TCM are running normally,which greatly reduces the time for overview,improves the efficiency of research,and saves time and human cost.
