| 摘要: |
| “肺与大肠相表里”理论是中医基础理论之一，近年来，对于该理论的研究逐步加深，从文献到临床，从现代分子生物到免疫学，从胚胎学到内分泌学等都进行了细致的研究，为中医学“肺与大肠相表里”理论的研究奠定了坚实的物质基础，而且也开辟了研究新途径。同时，随着老年性肺炎的发病率的逐年上升，老年性肺炎病死率居高不下，已成为呼吸系统疾病治疗的棘手问题之一。因此，通过查阅近年来的大量文献发现，运用“肺与大肠相表里”理论来治疗老年性肺炎有良好的临床疗效，现结合自己近年来在临床运用体会，总结如下。 |

| The theory of "the lung and the large intestine being interior-exteriorly related" is one of the basic theories of traditional Chinese medicine. In recent years,the research on the theory has gradually deepen,from literature to clinic,from modern molecular to immunology,and from embryology to hormonology. These studies have laid a solid foundation for the theory,and have opened new research approaches. Simultaneously,with the incidence of pneumonia in the elderly gradually increased,this disease has become a difficult problem in the respiratory system. After reading a lot of literatures,application of the theory of "lung and the large intestine being interior-exteriorly related" has cured a lot of elderly's pneumonia. Then clinical qupplication experience is as follows. |
