摘要:

吴深涛教授作为天津市新型冠状病毒肺炎中医治疗组专家，参与中医抗疫一线工作。吴教授认为新型冠状病毒肺炎属于中医"浊毒疫"，其病机在于浊瘀壅滞，腐秽酿毒，浊毒疫邪，上闭肺气，中及脾胃，下干肠道，流布三焦，弥漫周身。治疗应遵循"三因制宜"辨证论治，基于其浊毒为患的病机，化浊解毒法应贯穿治疗始终，对于重症患者适时适当使用通腑泄浊法可对病情起到截断扭转的作用，恢复期应运脾化浊，升降气机，日常预防应注重未病先防，固护正气。

Abstract:

Professor WU Shentao, as an expert in the traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) treatment group for the COVID-19 in Tianjin, participated in the front-line work of anti-epidemic in Chinese medicine. He believed that the COVID-19 belongs to the "turbid virus disease" of TCM. Its pathogenesis lies in the stagnation of turbidity and silt, the rot and the poisoning of turbidity. The upper and lower lung qi is closed, the spleen and stomach are neutralized, the lower intestines are dry, and the triple burn is spread throughout the body. Treatment should follow the "three causes of conditions" syndrome differentiation and treatment. Based on the pathogenesis of turbid toxin, the method of removing turbidity and detoxification should be used throughout the treatment. For severe patients, proper use of the method of turbidity and turbidity can play a role in cutting and reversing the condition. During the recovery period, the spleen should be turned into turbidity, and the qi should be raised and lowered. Daily prevention should focus on preventing disease beforeillness, and maintaining righteousness.
