| 特发性肺纤维化是一种慢性、进行性恶化的肺部疾病，病因与发病机制尚未完全明确。文章基于三焦理论探讨特发性肺纤维化的病机，认为三焦失司是特发性肺纤维化发生、演变、转归的关键因素，并提出疏利三焦、扶正培元的治疗原则，以期为临床治疗提供更多思路。 |

| Idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis is a chronic, progressive and deteriorating pulmonary disease, the definite etiology and pathogenesis of which was not clear yet. This paper discusses the pathogenesis of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis based on the theory of sanjiao, and the dysfuction of sanjiao is the key factor of the occurrence, evolution and prognosis of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis. The therapeutic principles of dredging sanjiao and strengthening and consolidating body resistance were put forward, in order to provide more ideas for clinical treatment. |
