曹克光主任从湿、痰、浊、毒论中医对代谢相关性足病的治疗

摘要:

名中医专家曹克光主任认为消渴和痛风引起的足病可归为代谢相关性足病，两者在中医病因病机演化上有明显相同点，两病的治疗也有很多互通之处。“先天禀赋不足”“后天饮食劳倦”“外邪侵袭”是两病发生的三大共同病因；“湿、痰、浊、毒”是两病的病机演变中的重要环节；对症施治中针对性应用“祛湿”“化痰”“泄浊”“解毒”法。对足部患处可综合应用中医特色外治法。

Abstract:

CAO Keguang,a famous Chinese medicine expert,thinks that the foot disease caused by diabetes and gout can be classified as metabolic related foot disease,which has obvious similarities in the evolution of traditional Chinese medicine etiology and pathogenesis,and there are many similarities in the treatment of the two diseases. "Congenital endowment deficiency" "acquired diet fatigue" and "invasion of exogenous evil" are the three common causes of the two diseases. "Dampness,phlegm,turbidity and toxicity" are important links in the pathogenesis evolution of the two diseases. The methods of "eliminating dampness" "eliminating phlegm" "removing turbidity" and "detoxifying" should be applied in symptomatic treatment. External treatment with Chinese medicine characteristics can be comprehensively applied to the affected part of the foot.
