巨大肛周脓肿术后中药坐浴的疗效观察

摘要:

[目的] 观察中药坐浴对巨大肛周脓肿术后创面的临床疗效。[方法] 选取60例脓腔范围均跨越6个点位或以上的经括约肌间型肛周脓肿患者为研究对象，按随机数字表法将患者随机分成观察组和对照组，均行一期根治手术，其中观察组30例患者术后第1天开始应用中药坐浴，对照组30例患者术后第1天开始应用1.5%盐水坐浴。以术后第7、14天为节点观察两组病例，进行术后疼痛评分、创面肉芽形态评分及效果评价。[结果] 观察组患者术后第7天总有效率、术后第14天显效率明显高于对照组（P<0.05），观察组术后第7、14天疼痛评分和术后第3、7、14天肉芽评分均明显低于对照组（P<0.05），差异均有统计学意义。[结论] 巨大肛周脓肿术后进行中药坐浴能够明显减轻疼痛，促进创面修复，缩短康复时间。

Abstract:

[Objective] To observe the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine hip bath after operation of huge perianal abscesss. [Methods] The 60 patients with trans sphincter perianal abscess whose purulent cavity spans 6 points or more were randomly divided into observation group and control group. All patients underwent one-stage radical surgery. The 30 patients in the observation group began to use traditional Chinese medicine hip bath on the first day after operation,and 30 patients in the control group began to use 1.5% saline hip bath on the first day after operation. The patients in the two groups were observed on the 7th and 14th day after operation,and the postoperative pain score,wound granulation morphology score and effect evaluation were carried out. [Results] The total effective rate on the 7th and 14th day after operation in the observation group was significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). The pain scores on the 7th and 14th day after operation and the granulation scores on the 3rd,7th and 14th day after operation in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). [Conclusion] Traditional Chinese medicine hip bath after operation of huge perianal abscess can significantly reduce pain,promote wound repair and shorten rehabilitation time.
