| 摘要: |
| 对郭喜军教授在临床上治疗溃疡性结肠炎经验进行了总结。郭喜军教授从该病的病因病机入手进行治疗，在用药方面讲求健脾补肾以助正气、清热解毒以驱“浊毒”，升阳涩肠以止泄泻，调气和血以疏肠络的策略。在诊断和治疗该病时中西结合以期获得良效，还善于使用中药灌肠、热盐包、灸法等外治手段对机体进行整体调理，临床疗效确切。还列举了郭喜军教授在临床上治疗溃疡性结肠炎的实际案例，以期为临床辨治该病提供依据。 |

| This paper summarizes Professor GUO Xijun's clinical experience in treating ulcerative colitis. Professor GUO start treatment from the etiology and pathogenesis of the disease,he often use splenic tonic to enhance positive gas,heat and detoxification drugs to drive turbidity,yang lifting and astringent drugs to stop diarrhea,qi regulating and blood harmonizing drugs to dredge intestinal veins. Professor GUO diagnosis and treats ulcerative colitis with traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine,besides,he is good at using external therapies such as Chinese medicine enema,hot salt pack and moxibustion,which has achieved good effect. The paper also list a clinical case in order to provide an evidence for clinical treatment. |
