| 摘要: |
| 贾英杰教授从事中西医结合防治恶性肿瘤工作30余年，重视病证结合，认为恶性肿瘤病机是“正气内虚，毒瘀并存”，“虚”“毒”“瘀”贯穿疾病始终，总结出“癌浊”是恶性肿瘤发病的关键因素，易导致脾胃升降失常，三焦气化失司，倡导恶性肿瘤从“癌浊”论治，提出“黜浊培本”思想，提倡疏利三焦，治取中州，善用“理气法”治疗恶性肿瘤及相关并发症，在临床中取得良效。 |

| Abstract: |
| Professor JIA Yingjie has been engaged in the prevention and treatment of malignant cancers with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine for more than 30 years. He attaches great importance to the combination of disease and syndrome. He believes that the pathogenesis of malignant cancers is "the deficiency of righteousness and the coexistence of poison and blood stasis", "deficiency" "blood stasis" and "toxin" run through the disease. It is believed that "cancer turbidity" is a key factor in the onset of malignant tumors, which can easily lead to abnormal spleen and stomach ups and downs. To treat malignant tumors and related complications, he put forward the theory of "Chuzhuo Peiben", it is recommended to relieve the benefits of the regulating sanjiao, treat zhongzhou, skillfully use invigorating qi method to treat malignant tumors and related complications, which has achieved good clinical results. |
