Abstract: |
[Objective] To compare the effectiveness of massage and conventional therapy in the improvement of the sequelae of limbs after stroke and the prevention of deep venous thrombosis.[Methods] Search for documents from CNKI, Wanfang Database, China Science and Technology Academic Journal, PubMed, cochrane central register of controlled trials, including randomized controlled trial of massage therapy for the improvement of limb sequelae after stroke and the prevention of postoperative deep venous thrombosis in adults.[Results] A total of 21 randomized controlled trials with 1 667 patients were included.[Conclusion] In improving stroke sequelae, routine rehabilitation combined with massage therapy can improve treatment efficiency, improve the motor function of the limbs, improve patient self-care ability and relieve insomnia after stroke. However, the improvement effect on dysphagia and defecation disorder after stroke is not obvious. In the prevention of deep vein thrombosis, routine care combined with massage therapy can effectively reduce the incidence of deep vein thrombosis and improve intravenous mean blood flow velocity. |
