| 庄礼兴教授认为在中风病发生发展的过程中，涉及到以“痰”为病理因素，“痰热”为基本病机引起的一系列精神躯体症状，均可用温胆汤加减化裁予以治疗。急性期以清热化痰、醒脑开窍、通腑泻热，兼以活血祛瘀为法，以期尽早使神志清醒；恢复期及后遗症期在清热化痰的同时，注重益气补血、活血通络、敛阴柔筋，尽可能减少后遗症，提高生活质量。根据不同时期病因病机的特点，以温胆汤为主方，灵活加减，巧增南药，妙用药对，取得良好的临床疗效。 |

| Professor ZHUANG Lixing has rich experience in the treatment of stroke. He believes that in the process of the occurrence and development of stroke，a series of mental and physical symptoms caused by “phlegm” and the pathological factor and “phlegm-heat” as the basic pathogenesis can be treated with Wendan Decoction. In the acute stage，he helps patients recover consciousness by the method of clearing heat and resolving phlegm，refreshing the brain and resuscitating，purging heat，and activating blood and removing blood stasis. In the recovery period and sequelae period，he lays emphasis on promoting life quality of patients by replenishing qi and replenishing blood and promoting blood circulation. According to the characteristics of the etiology and pathogenesis in different periods，Wendan Decoction is used as the main prescription with flexible addition and subtraction，adding ingenious increase of southern medicine，to promote clinical effect. |
