| 糖尿病视网膜病变属糖尿病的严重并发症之一。吴深涛教授认为，糖尿病视网膜病变病机为浊毒内蕴，蚀损目络，其中“浊毒”为其重要病理因素，主张以化浊解毒，散瘀通络为治疗原则，主以自拟军荔汤治之，组方精简，寒温并用，临床疗效确切。 |

| Diabetic retinopathy is one of the serious complications of diabetes. Professor WU Shentao believes that the pathogenesis of the disease is turbid toxin，which erodes the eyes and collaterals，among which turbid toxin is an important pathological factor. It is advocated to dissolve turbidity and detoxification，dissipate blood stasis and dredge collaterals as the treatment principle，mainly treated with self-made Junli Decoction，the prescription is concise，cold and temperature are used simultaneously，and the clinical effect is definite. |
