| 随着信息互联网和医疗穿戴设备的发展，为健康监测及疾病管理提供了新的技术方法和发展方向。搭建慢性心力衰竭（简称慢性心衰）智能管理云平台，实现中西医慢病移动网络化管理，可能具有较好的推广意义。研究设计并构建了集智能可穿戴设备、指标监测、中医信息、健康教育、预警提示为一体的慢性心衰智能管理云平台，初步实现了慢性心衰患者的中西医结合慢病管理。 |

| With the development of Internet and medical wearable devices, health monitoring and disease management have been provided with new technical methods and development directions. The establishment of intelligent management cloud platform for chronic heart failure and the realization of mobile network management of chronic disease in traditional Chinese and western medicine may have promotion significance. This research designed and built a comprehensive cloud platform for chronic heart failure integrating smart wearable devices, index monitoring, traditional Chinese medicine information and warning. The combined traditional Chinese and Western medicine management of chronic heart failure has been preliminarily realized. |
